Well-being meditation

This meditation has been in unfoldment these last five months. It brings together the chakras, colours, essence and states of being. Every time I practice it, my vibration lifts, I expand and I experience well-being. 

I hope you enjoy and are gifted by it as well.

Meditation: Conscious breathing…

Focus on your solar plexus, the area around the belly button, visualize yellow, breathe in Peace, exhale and radiate peace to your body and energy field. Repeat 3 times.Be in a state of Allowance.

Focus on your heart chakra, the chest area, visualize green, breathe in Love, radiate love to your body and energy field. Repeat 3 times. Be in a state of Acceptance.

Focus on your crown chakra, the top of the head, visualize purple, breathe in Joy, exhale and radiate joy to your body and energy field. Repeat 3 times. Be in a state of Appreciation.

Sit and breathe within your field of peace, love and joy. You are in your well-being.
