Heart felt feelings

I offer this message from my heart to yours with love.

“We have come today to bring in energies of love and understanding. To understand another in their life perspective can be both a gift and a challenge. Most people close their hearts down when they see another’s pain.  It is too uncomfortable to bear witness and even more uncomfortable to feel what they are feeling. We build walls to keep them out and us in our own bubble of protection/security. But this doesn’t actually work, for separation is an illusion. We are feeling their pain regardless of whether we are conscious of it. Everything happening within and without is not only available but affects us greatly. We are constantly trying to manage these “big” emotions without realizing how much easier it would be, less anxiety inducing, if we just open ourselves up to actually letting them in. With open hearts, we can then understand not only what we are feeling but what others are too. With an open heart this understanding, awareness, acknowledgement, honouring and allowing of it, brings us into compassion. This bursts the bubble of separation to let love flow out.

Take some time each day, sit with/in your open heart, feel what you are feeling, allow whatever arises and let love flow to yourself and to all others in pain, in need and in suffering.” in partnership with Mother Mary

Sorting through the mess

I offer this message from my heart to yours with love.

“ We have come today to unpack the seemingly messy state you find yourselves in. This supposed “mess” will eventually be cleared, cleaned up and disposed of. You are the janitors, sanitation workers and clean-up crew. Everything is being revealed so that you can examine it. You will eventually sort through, throw out and replace all the unnecessary, toxic and irrelevant things. So dear Ones, allow, allow, allow. Allow this messy and yes, dirty times and allow yourself the space to see it all. Witness the filth so that you can see even the tiniest specks. Then and only then can you clean, wash away the residue and polish it up. Consider this messy state as necessary and be patient, for not all needs to be thrown out- some things can be recycled or remodelled. When it is time to create, you will have bits and pieces of the old and everything else will be the new.” in partnership with Mother Mary and Jeshua
