LET GO of any preconceived idea of what anybody should think, say or do and let them just be. Allow them their expression and then meet it with neutral observance. It is not their responsibility to give you approval or acknowledgement. It is your responsibility to accept yourself unconditionally, to know your worth.

     How does this graceful process happen? It happens when you listen with your heart and not your mind. When you are in non-judgement. When you are able to see the one before you with compassion and you are no longer looking for personal validation, for being right.

For you see that everything, everything is of God. And when you separate, put a wedge in between yourself and another, this creates a ripple, somewhat of a pause that negates our unity, that doesn’t support our collective consciousness. If you can imagine us all being a part of a great sea of love energy and we are all riding the waves and all of a sudden we hit a wall- that is what it is like when we build barriers, when we stop the flow and cast someone, something, outside of it. Allow yourself to breathe in this non-resistant acceptance, this barrierless expanse of love energy and watch yourself expand, rise. Acknowledge the Divine that is standing beside you, in front of you and behind you. Understand that wherever you go, all that you meet is of God, no matter how they present in the moment you stand in. Embrace your sisters and brothers in love, tolerance, acceptance and joy.  As you move through a lesson another one will take its place. This is the beauty of unfoldment. Flow brings us these opportunities to learn, to grow, to expand. Welcome them. Celebrate them. If you feel anger, resentment or frustration with the circumstances in front of you, welcome that too and then let it go. Choose to learn through the lens of the heart with acceptance and wonder.  Allow grace and receive the gifts in each opportunity.
