I offer this message from my heart to yours with love.

“As you sit and ponder your lives, may you know how much you expand us through your everyday ponderings. May you also realize you are being given exactly what you call in. If there is anything missing, anything you feel that is not welcome and anything that confuses you, understand, you are the one that has created it and you are the one that can resolve it. As you allow yourself to bring in all that you have decided on, may you know that you can decide anew. You can turn yourself around and learn from a new perspective. You may decide to either create with boundaries/resistance or stay wide open to the grace of God. You are in choice.
This time of year brings about blessings and miracles. Call them in, create them through the opening of yourself to their possibility. With joy, resolve and allowance, be open to receive.” in partnership with Yeshua

I woke up in the middle of the night with these words…

The breath of life,
forever inhaling and exhaling,
for you, dear children.
Accept the love 
that is pouring in,
pouring out.
It is to receive,
from my breath to yours.

I offer this message from my heart to yours with love.

“Today is the day where everything can change. All things can change, evolve into something “other”. You have the capability/capacity to create change by seeing the possibility of the “new”. The rebirthing of something into something else. When you realize you have the power to bring about a metamorphosis within and without all things, it allows for the new to be brought into the world. Through your acknowledgement and desire for change, the world around you can blossom into a new way of being/ of existing. The old responses and history playing over can stop and play a new song into existence. It can happen daily and with frequency when you begin to know that you are co-creators. The ones determining outcomes by deciding what already is. When you finally focus on the way you would like to live and start trusting in your ability to have it, a new world will be born. Faith in your knowing, faith in God and faith in humanity will lead you forward into a time where love does conquer all.” in partnership with Yeshua

A flow of feelings
stream through me.
I try to catch them
but I can’t see
the weave of
nerves in disarray,
creating a force 
that sweeps 
me away.

Energy,
is swirling round,
thoughts as a storm
are taking form.
My active mind
becomes engaged,
anger turns into a rage.
It runs away 
until I see 
my responsibility. 
Emotions are not truly real,
they simply teach us 
how to feel.

A breath of calm,
ready to heal
pain that’s making 
my body reel.
Systems overloaded
settle down,
apologies offered,
forgiveness found.
Lessons learned
as our hearts share.
Struggle resolves
through choice of care.
Anger dissolves into thin air.
The sea of love is always there.

This message is a response to a question I asked about disharmony. I offer it from my heart to yours with love.

“Today you seek to find the part of you that is drifting above the whole and not part of the whole. You are feeling separate from your fellows and although this is not true you are feeling misunderstood anyways. This is the personality side needing to be seen, validated, heard. And yet, it is not necessary to receive this acknowledgement/affirmation because you already know that it is not for another to give you. Being true to yourself and communicating what is in your heart does not need to be accepted or applauded. You are as they are. When you are truthful and show up, you then allow them to do the same even if they can’t or won’t at the time. They are also struggling to understand their lives and circumstances and it is their needs that they put in the forefront not yours. So, when you feel misunderstood, clarify if needed but accept them as they are. Let them “be” and love them anyways. The secret to harmony is to stand amidst the mayhem, and trust that everything is as it is to support growth both individually and collectively. Do not make someone wrong for how they feel and do not make yourself wrong for how you feel. Trust in the potential for harmony and peace. Hold it in your heart, your core, your systems and know the time will come when your life/your reality will project this. It may not look like anything you have ever seen or known but it will reflect the love you feel and the seed you’ve planted. Live it on the inside, know it to be true and then see how it blossoms in your life. No need to do anything else, we will do it for you.” in partnership with God.

   If you find yourself struggling with your beliefs, history or ways of doing things…..let go. Let go of resistance to the possibility of a new idea, a new approach and a new response. Allow yourself to be led to your highest expression. It is waiting for you to open and receive. Your beingness is all that is necessary to embody the divine within. Your allowance, the choice to surrender the old, births the new. 
 Life is moments of unlimited potential, ready to be experienced.
