This message came through me and I offer it from my heart to yours

“Self-love can be very complicated from where you are sitting. Of course, it is not really but the denser energies hold back some of the pure loving energy of the Creator. To receive love from yourself, your heart must be completely open. When this occurs you truly feel connected to the whole and that of God’s expression, unconditional love. And since you are of God, wouldn’t “being” love resonate with you? As you allow your resistance, that critical, judging voice within to recede, your pure essence naturally bubbles up and fills the void. The dilemma is in the integrating and allowing it to radiate throughout your being. Most people stop it before it can penetrate all of their stuck and bruised emotions thereby only soothing the surface and not healing the deeper layers. When you offer yourself this gift of love, all things that are not true, recede. You begin to get in touch with your knowing/wisdom and become more authentic in your expression. Everything begins with self-love and then branches out to others. Compassion, kindness, tolerance, all are fruits of self-love. When you offer these virtues to yourself you can be generous with the hearts of others. It is truly the foundation of living your best life as a Divine Being in form.”

For all the children who do not feel loved-

You are loved.

For all the teenagers who do not feel good enough-

You are enough.

For all the young adults who do not feel seen or heard-

You are powerful.

For all the adults who feel tied down or boxed in-

You are free.

For all the beautiful souls who feel lost, abandoned-

You are home.

You are LOVED. You are ENOUGH. You are POWERFUL. You are FREE. You are HOME.

Drop into your heart, take a breath, choose love…you have just aligned to your Divine essence.

“LOVE. In this energy everything and anything is possible. It is truly amazing to witness the beauty it bestows upon whoever attends to it. It envelops, nourishes, cleanses, refines, supports, encourages and creates the most sublime tones throughout the universe. It feeds us, fuels us and binds us together. It is what we are made of and once it is truly acknowledged, appreciated, accepted, it becomes an ever present place to reside in. You can always “be” that which is always there, accessible, waiting to be chosen, to be aligned to. Allow it to grow in you, around you and share it with others so they too can experience the absolute magnificent beauty it births. Understand this and your lives will be so much easier, manageable, simpler and filled with the blessings that are yours.

“Feel it, see how it wants to take over, to rob you of your belief that you are safe and to bring you into a downward spiral of doubt, angst, worry/concern – to play back old stories. But this is where there is real opportunity to surrender into the knowing of your Higher Self. Allowing yourself to let go and trusting that all will go well. Stay in joy, float above looking down in neutral observance. Let yourself “be” who you truly are – a powerful, sovereign being who is creating her own experience. Surrender, allow, receive, enjoy!
