For all the children who do not feel loved-

You are loved.

For all the teenagers who do not feel good enough-

You are enough.

For all the young adults who do not feel seen or heard-

You are powerful.

For all the adults who feel tied down or boxed in-

You are free.

For all the beautiful souls who feel lost, abandoned-

You are home.

You are LOVED. You are ENOUGH. You are POWERFUL. You are FREE. You are HOME.

We are love

This message came through me. I pass it along from my heart to yours.

“LOVE. In this energy everything and anything is possible. It is truly amazing to witness the beauty it bestows upon whoever attends to it. It envelops, nourishes, cleanses, refines, supports, encourages and creates the most sublime tones throughout the universe. It feeds us, fuels us and binds us together. It is what we are made of and once it is truly acknowledged, appreciated, accepted, it becomes an ever present place to reside in. You can always “be” that which is always there, accessible, waiting to be chosen, to be aligned to. Allow it to grow in you, around you and share it with others so they too can experience the absolute magnificent beauty it births. Understand this and your lives will be so much easier, manageable, simpler and filled with the blessings that are yours.

Overcoming fear

“Feel it, see how it wants to take over, to rob you of your belief that you are safe and to bring you into a downward spiral of doubt, angst, worry/concern – to play back old stories. But this is where there is real opportunity to surrender into the knowing of your Higher Self. Allowing yourself to let go and trusting that all will go well. Stay in joy, float above looking down in neutral observance. Let yourself “be” who you truly are – a powerful, sovereign being who is creating her own experience. Surrender, allow, receive, enjoy!
