For all those struggling with judgement of self and others or trying to walk your path “perfectly” …may you acknowledge, honour and love the blessing of you.
I offer this message from my heart to yours with love.
“Dear One, you sit and contemplate all the things you’ve done wrong. You observe, judge and then attack yourself for not being “perfect”. You see flaws, criticize your actions and make demands of yourself. But when do you acknowledge the blessing of you? When do you see what you do bring through? The love that infuses your “wrong” actions and the beautiful intentions of care. You are showing up and you are doing more than you know in multiple ways. So, be gentle with yourself. Allow these lessons/choices to move through your experience without regret, remorse and all the scolding. You do not need to make it harder on yourself. You do not need to be your punisher. Love yourself, learn and let go. LET GO- move on to the next. You can “try” to do better but more importantly allow yourself your mistakes, your flaws. Allow your “short-failings”. Allow all your imperfect thoughts/actions. Allow and accept them so that you can do that for others. It is the only way to stop judging.” in partnership with Yeshua
