I offer with open heart a deep apology to all those who I have harmed, judged and created separation, in this life and all others. 
I am sorry for the pain and suffering I have caused. 
I humbly ask for your forgiveness without expectation.

I lovingly offer complete forgiveness to all those who have harmed, judged or created separation in this lifetime and in all others.

I offer myself complete forgiveness for all the times, in this life and all others, that I have judged, harmed, and experienced separation. I offer these soul aspects love and compassion embracing them freely, gratefully. I open fully to Source and surrender to the divine. I am healed. I am whole. I am love. I am loved.

  Throughout our many incarnations in the vibration of fear, we have all taken turns experiencing the roles of victor, villain and victim. When we define ourselves or others in this limiting way we create judgement and separation. When we remember that we are all of Source, connected and loved unconditionally we rise into unity, love and communion. We are One.
