I offer this message from my heart to yours with love.

“You have come today to bring about great change within your life and systems. You are struggling with the old, old thought patterns, old habits, old interests- old! You are perched, even a little precariously on the edge and you are looking down instead of up. You keep drawing back into the old when all you need do is “look up”. Stop resisting, stop judging, stop denying and start allowing for possible change, possibilities. New ways of thinking, new interests, new behaviour/habits. Allow yourself the freedom by trusting that you will naturally shift/direct your attention towards something that will make/take your life in a new direction. Allow yourself to dream a little, imagine a little and stretch yourself, expand your vision and always look up!“ in partnership with Yeshua

To be love- to forgive myself and all those who have hurt or harmed me in this life and in all lives. To let go of the past stories and embrace the now moment, trusting that whatever or whoever is present, is for my highest good. To be grateful for all the opportunities I have created and respectful of my lessons to learn. To embrace/receive all blessings sent to me and to be in worth & knowing that ALL will benefit from my gifts/blessings. To be generous, kind, caring and loving to myself and others. To always listen to my heart and allow it to lead in all communication. To be open to spirit, channeling healing and wisdom for ALL. To trust myself & my purpose and to allow full authentic expression to flow in grace and ease. To be in a state of peace and allowance, to be in divine listening and to witness the God in All. To create beauty through words, ideas and crystals. To weave love through all that I create with God. To be open for a fair exchange of energy and to allow people to be generous with me. To follow my intuition, listening to the prompts from my heart and head. To take action when action is required, to rest when necessary but to always be in a state of openness, awareness and expansion. To be me, unapologetically. To be in my power, worth and knowing while having fun. To develop a state of awe so that I may live in wonder. To appreciate every moment. To dream and to exercise my imagination so that I continue to envision a world where all are free, safe, cared for and loved. To be as love.

During a meditation, I received this insight in such a gentle and humorous way. I offer it from my heart to yours with love.

“Get over yourself”. This statement can feel dismissive and harsh but when you think about it, there is so much wisdom in it. To move outside of your narrow, singular and subjective experience. To rise above and to see from a higher purview. This broader perspective enlightens and just “is”.  In literal terms, getting “over” yourself can be freeing, expansive and loving, A state of allowance, where the “you” is neutral, present and free.

Sun sparkles,
shadows dance
loosened by 
the rays.
All vanishes
into the light.
Hallelujah

As heart
becomes love,
divine essence
surrounds,
enfolds 
and enlivens 
true being
with the
All That Is.

Our true expression is to unconditionally love and accept all the many aspects of ourselves and others. We have learned to judge and shame. It is time to allow, bless and love ourselves back into wholeness. I offer this message from my heart to yours with love.

“You sit today wondering whether you are good or bad, relevant or not and whether you may comprehend the totality of your experience. You are judging certain aspects of yourself. You are scrunching your eyes closed so as not to see these characteristics that you deem unattractive. BUT what if we tell you that there is no unattractive, good or bad or even relevant aspects- there is only YOU. All of you is necessary to make up the very essence that is the eternal, infinite expression of the Divine. All of you serves you and the whole. To experience everything, to understand the infinite range of you is to indeed love these aspects and appreciate their capacity to expand your very presence. Don’t you know- you cannot be limited. It is not possible. When you try to subdue, repress or ignore a part of you, it will always backfire. It cannot stay down, unseen, shamed or guilted into silence/hidden. It will eventually appear, head held high, attacking your senses until it is acknowledged, allowed, appreciated and then loved back into you. So, you might as well accept these perfect imperfections. Stop judging them and start appreciating the ultimate gift they give you to know yourself- ALL of YOU.” in partnership with Yeshua

This message was received after I was berating myself for “not doing” enough. If this resonates, may it also be of benefit to your precious and perfect journey. I offer it from my heart to yours with love.

“When you sit and think about what you feel you should do in order to be productive, relevant, supportive or of service, you are, in fact, stopping the flow of your true expression and divine will. It is only in the moment that you will be led to your highest expression/service. Any other time you are in “your” choice and then “the old” may re-appear, drawing you back rather than forward. Your mind can only see/visualize what has already been. Until you reach higher mind/God mind, you would still be creating from an old platform/foundation. Where you stand now is in the new and here you will be shown the way forward. Led and guided, supported and encouraged to be in divine will and connected “for & to” the highest good of all. So, trust and have faith in your evolution, your journey, your heart and wisdom. Allow the moment to present, allow yourself to embrace the new in joy and wonder. Be curious and open. Alert and aware. Be present and live expansively.” my Trueself
